Technical Writer: Prepared documentation for implementation personnel and for end users. Participated in formulating a style guide. Used Microsoft Word and RoboHelp.
While working 80% of full time at Amdocs, I was also active as a freelance translator and writer for non-competing clients such as Methoda (IT procedures), Sightix (data analysis), and Avant Guard (physical security).
Gilian Technologies Ltd. (website security), 1999–2001
Managing Writer/Editor: Responsible for all user documentation and various white papers. Supervised the text of the user interface and shared responsibility for inventing terminology. Used HTML.
